Senior Finance Executive

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead our financial operations and drive business growth.

About the Role:

  1. Oversee all transactional finance activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit control, payroll, reconciliations, and month-end close. Develop and maintain robust financial controls to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  2. Maintain and update cash flow models to ensure accurate forecasting and informed decision-making.
  3. Support budgeting and forecasting by gathering product-level cost and revenue data, building forecasting templates, and consolidating outputs for review.
  4. Ensure timely and accurate tax submissions, coordinate statutory audit preparations, and manage filings and compliance across jurisdictions.
  5. Eliminate waste from finance processes, design and implement error-proofed processes, and lead by example in using systems to their fullest potential.
  6. Line-manage two experienced finance team members, plan workload, coach where needed, uphold standards, and promote a culture of discipline, clarity, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years PQE in a leadership role within finance or a related field.
  • Proven experience in financial operations, cash management, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
