We are seeking experienced and compassionate Care Assistants to join our team in a residential care setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support residents with their daily needs, including bathing, hair care, dressing, undressing, and personal hygiene.
  • Assist clients who require help at mealtimes, ensuring dietary needs are met under the direction of nursing staff.
  • Participate in maintaining clients' hygiene, including cleaning linen presses and wardrobes, promoting continence awareness.
  • Accompany clients within and outside the residence, as needed.
  • Report any client complaints or concerns to nursing staff.
  • Dispose of waste, including clinical waste.
Requirements:
  • Level 5 qualification in Care Assistant
  • Relevant work experience
  • Excellent working knowledge of English
  • Knowledge and willingness to apply safe working practices
  • Compliance with Garda vetting requirements
