Production Manager Job Overview

This is a full-time, permanent position based in Listowel, working Monday to Friday.

The Production Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of our dairy consumer foods production facility. The successful candidate will lead a multifunctional team, driving efficiency and quality improvements through strategic planning and implementation.

Responsibilities include ensuring timely delivery of production plans, developing and implementing strategies for capacity enhancement, and managing positive employee relations across the manufacturing facility.

  • Plan and direct optimum daily operations to consistently meet customer expectations.
