Piping Supervisor Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Piping Supervisor to oversee and coordinate piping installation activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, quality standards, and schedule requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

">
  • ">
  • Supervise daily piping construction activities including fabrication, installation, hydrotesting, and flushing.">
  • Interpret piping isometric drawings, P&IDs, and material specifications.">
  • Ensure work is performed according to design, specifications, and project standards.">
  • Monitor and verify contractor and subcontractor work quality and progress.">
  • Coordinate with QA/QC, HSE, Planning, and Engineering departments.">
  • Ensure proper handling and storage of piping materials and equipment.">
  • Manage and track manpower, tools, and materials on site.">
  • Conduct and participate in daily toolbox talks and safety meetings.">
  • Prepare and submit daily progress reports, inspection requests, and site instructions.">
  • Ensure compliance with all HSE regulations and promote a strong safety culture.">
  • Resolve technical or site-related issues in coordination with engineering or project team.">

Essential Qualifications:

">
  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.">
  • 7+ years of experience in piping construction, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.">
  • Strong knowledge of piping systems, welding techniques, and construction standards.">
  • Familiarity with isometrics, P&IDs, and piping material specifications.">
  • Understanding of hydrotest packages and pre-commissioning activities.">
