Sr. Mech. Eng.

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead our Building Services engineering design team. The successful candidate will have experience in leading large-scale projects from concept to completion.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

• Developing innovative design solutions for new projects.
• Interfacing with client design teams and end-users.
• Leading technical and safety reviews.
• Designing building services engineering, including the preparation of AFDs, P&IDs, and equipment sizing calculations.
• Managing project teams in the execution of the project life cycle.
• Overseeing HVAC system BIM modelling progress by the team.
• Planning resources, measuring, and reporting progress against agreed deliverables.
• Estimating resource requirements for projects throughout the life cycle.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A degree in Building Services or Mechanical Engineering (Level 8).
• Significant design experience in the pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, or chemical industry.
• Led teams, investing time in coaching and developing future leaders.
• Strong design experience of utilities, including Steam, LPHW, CHW.
