Senior Nursing Leadership Opportunity

This role is designed for a seasoned nursing professional to take on a senior clinical leadership position in our hospital. The successful candidate will lead the delivery of high-quality patient care and drive change through strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.

About the Role:
  • Lead a team of nursing staff and provide guidance and support to ensure effective patient care.
  • Develop and implement nursing policy and strategy to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other senior management team members to ensure seamless collaboration and effective decision making.

A flexible and positive attitude is essential for performing a wide range of duties to meet service needs.

Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse with full registration and at least 7 years of post-registration experience in an acute hospital setting.
  • A level 8 qualification on the National Framework of Qualifications in Health or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years management experience at CNM II level or above in an acute hospital setting.

Desirable criteria include a Master's degree in Nursing, Management, and/or Leadership, as well as up-to-date Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
