Job Description

The Senior Architectural Technologist will be responsible for producing design solutions, liaising with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring a smooth handover of the design package.

The successful candidate will have excellent technical ability, design skills, and project management experience.

They will also possess effective communication and collaboration skills to work within a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience as a Senior Architectural Technologist or equivalent role.
  • Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD essential - Adobe, Sketchup, and MS Office skills advantageous.
  • Excellent technical ability and design skills, demonstrable through previous project experience.
  • Ability to manage time to meet project and team requirements.
  • Adaptability and effective communication skills to work within a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience managing significant elements of large-scale, complex projects beneficial.
  • A team collaborator able to communicate and coordinate effectively with the design team and other consultants.
  • An effective motivator able to lead, coach, and provide constructive feedback to junior team members.
  • Ability to direct, oversee, and check the output of junior team members.
  • Excellent organisational skills to achieve deliverables on time and within project constraints.
