Sales Supervisor

Main Responsibilities
  • Oversee and ensure the smooth operation of cashiers, handling customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in accordance with company procedures.
  • Open and close the store, ensuring staff adhere to dress code and appearance standards.
  • Maintain knowledge of relevant legislations to perform duties competently.
  • Foster effective communication between staff and management, promoting high standards of customer care.
  • Conduct inductions, training, and development programs for staff.
  • Enforce adherence to company rules, policies, and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate timekeeping and attendance records for staff members.
  • Participate in training or development programs as directed by management.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar supervisory role.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
  • High level of integrity, honesty, and respect for colleagues and customers.
