Job Title: Principal R&D Engineer.

This is a challenging and rewarding role for an experienced engineer to lead the development of our medical device portfolio. As a Principal R&D Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and expertise in the design, development, and testing of our devices. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering or science, with experience in regulated environments and a proven track record of success. They will be able to communicate complex technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical leadership and expertise in the design, development, and testing of medical devices.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Collaborate with other engineers, scientists, and technicians to develop and implement new technologies and processes.
- Communicate complex technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science.
- Minimum 7 years' experience in a regulated environment, preferably in a late-stage R&D or Technical Support role.
- Strong background in metrology, engineering verification, and design verification.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with other departments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
