We are seeking a Senior Corporate Finance Manager with specialist private equity experience to lead our corporate finance unit. This role involves providing best-in-class corporate financing services to mid-market companies in Ireland and the UK.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in corporate finance, private equity transactions, and sell-side advice, combined with strong analytical and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead private equity financing activities, including deal structuring, negotiation, and execution.
  • Build and maintain relationships with private equity firms, investment banks, and other financial institutions.
  • Oversee due diligence processes, financial modeling, and valuation analyses for private equity transactions.
  • Prepare detailed financial models, forecasts, and performance analyses to support decision-making.
  • Monitor financial metrics and develop actionable insights to drive profitability and operational efficiency.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate finance, private equity, investment banking, or a similar field.
  • Demonstrated expertise in private equity financing, including deal origination, structuring, and execution.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, valuation, and analytics.
  • Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
