Job Summary:

The Bookkeeping Coordinator will play a critical role in the finance team, providing assistance with bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, and other finance-related tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
  • Perform general office duties, including filing, organising, and managing accounting records.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience 2+ years in industry in finance-related role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with accounting software (preferably Sage 50).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address issues effectively.
