We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spray Finisher to join our team in Tralee, Ireland.
About the Role:- The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing vehicles for painting, including sanding, masking, and priming to achieve a flawless finish.
- They must also have strong knowledge of painting equipment, materials, and techniques to ensure perfect colour alignment with original factory specifications.
- Applicants should have experience working with water-based paint and possess excellent colour matching skills.
- In addition, they must be able to operate heating or drying equipment to accelerate paint drying and perform quality checks on completed jobs to ensure there are no defects.
- A proven track record as a Spray Finisher in an automotive repair setting is essential.
- Applicants should possess strong organisational skills and excellent communication abilities.
- Vocational training or certification in auto body painting is desirable but not necessary.
