Optimizing Crew Performance

This is an exceptional opportunity to lead the end-to-end crew rostering and planning process, ensuring compliance with regulatory, safety, and contractual frameworks.
As a Strategic Crew Optimization Leader, you will have the responsibility of:
- Delivering industry leading rosters through advanced systems, business intelligence, and process improvements.
- Managing and developing a team of Assistant Managers and Crew Planners to achieve optimal planning accuracy and efficiency.
- Identifying trends in utilisation, operational efficiencies, and headcount needs through data analysis; implementing scalable, automated solutions to address these areas.
- Collaborating closely with stakeholders to drive planning efficiency and support operational goals.
- Strong analytical background, preferably in workforce planning, scheduling, or rostering within aviation or a highly regulated environment.
- Numerically driven, with a keen eye for analytics and scenario modelling.
- Experience designing and integrating automated scalable solutions to drive optimisation.
- Effective people management skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to redesign and optimise processes in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to change quickly in a busy environment.
