Strategic Fund Solutions Leader

We seek a seasoned Strategic Fund Solutions Leader to spearhead the development and delivery of innovative fund solutions.

This role requires strategic thinking, effective collaboration, and exceptional leadership skills to shape long-term product direction.

You will partner with business leaders to identify opportunities, design scalable solutions, and oversee high-impact projects that directly influence growth and positioning within the alternative funds sector.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies in line with business objectives.
  • Engage with institutional clients to understand needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Oversee strategic initiatives and ensure smooth delivery of enhancements.
  • Collaborate across teams to drive process improvements and revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in investment funds, ideally with exposure to alternatives/private markets.
  • Strong client-facing skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Proven background in product management or strategic solution delivery.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
