Warehouse Management Opportunity

This exciting role has become available within a thriving business, reporting to the Operations Manager.

  • Manage day-to-day warehouse activities across site, providing timely updates and maintaining exceptional service levels.
  • Lead by example, actively promoting a culture that prioritizes health & safety/hygiene and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of management experience, preferably in a large FMCG environment, with knowledge of warehouse management systems and excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise warehouse operations, including staff development and training.
  • Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes, utilizing knowledge of warehouse management systems.
  • Analyze data to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth.

Requirements:
• Experience in managing warehouse operations, including staff supervision and development.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems, ideally SAP and voice operations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
