IT Support Specialist Position

We are seeking a highly skilled IT support specialist to join our team. As an IT support specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients. This is a challenging role that requires excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical assistance and support to clients via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including diagnosing and resolving complex problems.
  • Install and configure computer hardware and peripherals, operating systems, and applications.
  • Manage partitions, format drives, and use disk cloning tools.
  • Liaise with vendors to resolve issues related to software and hardware installations.
  • Escalate issues where necessary and provide timely solutions.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of one year's experience working in an IT support environment.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and report writing.
  • Good problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Production of quality deliverables.
