We are looking for a talented Commercial Legal Advisor to join our team at Unipharmedtech. As a qualified solicitor with 5+ years of PQE in private practice or in-house, you will be responsible for advising on and negotiating commercial contracts, supporting the development and implementation of legal templates, and driving the execution of agreements.

Job Description

  • Manage various legal projects to completion, ensuring efficient and effective execution.
  • Advising on and negotiating commercial contracts, supporting the development and implementation of legal templates.
  • Drive the execution of agreements, partnering with internal stakeholders for input and support.
  • Identify inefficiencies in day-to-day operations and deliver recommendations for process improvements.
  • Assist with corporate M&A, including liaison with external advisors and reviewing due diligence outputs.
  • Advise internal stakeholders on legal, corporate, and compliance issues, disputes, and other matters arising in the business.
  • Manage and prioritize workload related to timelines and stakeholder requirements.
  • Engage with external counsel, minimizing costs where possible.
