About this Role

  • Responsibilities:
  • Manage remote monitoring of critical network infrastructure, analyzing alerts and troubleshooting incidents
  • Support Tier 1 Networking and Security operations to meet compliance and security requirements
  • Evaluate and escalate alerts as needed that require higher level support
  • Implement incident resolution tasks based on approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Respond to and resolve automated alerts generated from our monitoring system in a timely fashion

Working Hours and Location

This role requires working Tuesday to Saturday, 8AM - 5PM GMT. We are a hybrid position that requires two days per week in our Dublin office.
