Financial Controller Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to oversee the day-to-day financial activities of a global infrastructure fund. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring effective financial control, oversight, and reporting obligations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with financial management, accounting, and reporting duties, including performing key internal controls as part of an oversight framework in managing external fund administrators.
  • Responsible for overseeing and reviewing fund accounting deliverables from external fund administrators to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Liaise with third-party administrators on a daily basis to provide oversight over cash reconciliations and variance resolutions, authorization, execution, and review of fund and investor-level capital transactions.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 6-10 years of relevant financial experience, including experience with open-end funds and/or private equity.
