Job Description

The role of a Senior Pharmacy Manager is pivotal in ensuring pharmaceutical services are delivered to the highest standard. This position demands exceptional leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.

  • Completing and managing the dispensing process with precision and attention to detail.
  • Supervising and directing the activities of pharmacy staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Managing pharmacy stock levels, optimizing inventory and minimizing waste.
  • Ensuring data checking aligns with store operations, maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

This position also requires expert advice-giving skills, empowering patients to make informed decisions about their healthcare.

">Requirements

A minimum of three years post-registration experience as a Registered Pharmacist, preferably in an Irish retail pharmacy.

  • No conditions attached to registration with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland.
  • Previous experience as a Senior Pharmacy Manager is preferred but not essential.
  • Extensive knowledge of community pharmacy operations and management.

Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to quality service delivery are essential for this role.
