Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Clinic Administrator.

  • This role offers the chance to work in a dynamic environment, providing administration support to a multidisciplinary team based out of our clinic in Naas.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Providing administrative support to the Director of Services and the entire department as directed
  • Coordinating clinical appointments to support Service Users and Clinicians
  • Creating and maintaining central files of all enquiries/new admissions/referrals
  • Creating and maintaining SLA's with HSE as directed by the DOS
  • Maintaining up-to-date records retained in IT systems
  • Dealing with correspondence, email, calls, reporting etc.
  • Complex diary management where requested
  • Coordinating clinical meetings inclusive of agenda and meeting minutes
  • Maintaining and updating accurate records of all incidents pertaining to Service Users across the business

To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in a similar capacity, experience of working with people with additional and/or complex needs, and possess high standards of IT literacy, excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure, ability to work on your own initiative, excellent organisational skills / self-motivated / self-starter, excellent verbal, written communication, and IT skills.
