We are seeking a highly skilled Development Project Manager to join our team at Evara Ireland. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing residential led development projects from feasibility through to planning stages.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the planning process and be able to effectively communicate with stakeholders, including internal construction, cost, and sales teams. They will also have excellent critical and analytical thinking skills, as well as the ability to manage relationships with multiple stakeholders.
The role involves collaborating with external professional teams to deliver planning consents for select projects and working closely with the Senior Development Manager/Associate Director and Finance Team on ongoing profitability analysis of own projects.
This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate to get exposure to and experience of the entire development process.
