Job Opportunity:
The company is seeking an ambitious individual to join their Tax department as a Corporate Tax Semi Senior.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Providing support for the management of corporation tax compliance for a client portfolio, including computations for financial statement provisioning and assisting clients during audits.
2. Managing restructurings and facilitating acquisitions while ensuring timely completion and delivery of high-quality work products.
