  • Provide expert financial guidance and support to senior executives, driving informed decision-making.
  • Contribute to the development of annual budgets for various regions, aligning with business objectives.
  • Establish and maintain robust internal financial controls across all regions.
  • Design and implement efficient procedures to support business goals.
  • Collaborate with the Accounting team to deliver accurate financial statements, ensure compliance with Revenue requirements, and manage payroll processing.
  • Engage in ongoing process improvements through cross-functional and cross-divisional initiatives.
  • Drive positive change within the Accounting function to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Compile and present Board reports from regional leaders for review by the Directors.
  • Deliver actionable financial analysis to inform Divisional Heads and Regional Directors about budget variances.
  • Regularly update key stakeholders on critical performance metrics.
  • Maintain strict adherence to accounting and tax regulations.
  • Innovate and transform existing processes to achieve better results.
