Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Operations Manager General Insurance to lead our operational delivery teams, driving high performance and customer satisfaction. This role requires a strategic leader who can build strong relationships with on-location managers, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategically lead operational delivery for local and international teams.
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain and develop strong client relationships.
  • Support teams through transformation towards a blended human/digital service model.
  • Monitor key performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions.


Requirements:
  • CIP or APA qualification in General Insurance is essential.
  • A minimum of 3 years' management experience in the insurance industry is required.
  • The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, relationship management, and change management skills.
  • Previous experience in contact centre operations, forecasting, and technology is desirable.
  • A confident communicator with a proactive approach is necessary.
