Key Responsibilities:- Service Excellence: Ensure that all aspects of the conference and banqueting operation meet the highest standards of quality, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.
- Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a high-performing team to achieve organizational goals, develop their skills, and foster a positive work environment.
- Operational Efficiency: Monitor and optimize the daily operations of the conference and banqueting department, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement.
- Skill Development: Collaborate with Heads of Departments to implement training programs, update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
- Guest Satisfaction: Respond promptly to guest complaints, addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
The Ideal Candidate:
- A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a similar position, preferably in a 4-star or 5-star hotel setting.
