Healthcare Support Specialist

We are seeking kind, compassionate, dedicated individuals to join our team of healthcare support specialists.

Job Description:

As a Healthcare Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our service users. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Completing all care duties and tasks as outlined in individual care plans.
  • Assisting clients with personal care needs such as toileting, washing, dressing, etc.
  • Providing practical support with household tasks such as cleaning, cooking, and laundry.
  • Promoting independence and choice for clients where possible.
  • Ensuring clients' rights and dignity are upheld at all times.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A kind and caring attitude.
  • A full driving license and access to a car.
  • At least 1 year of paid experience in care.
  • QQI Level 5 (Care Skills and Care of Older Person) or willingness to complete.
  • Eligibility to work in Ireland.
