Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors to the store.
- Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional standards of service and work ethic to motivate and inspire team members.
- Drive sales performance, consistently meeting or exceeding targets through effective planning, coaching, and development of the team.
- Identify areas for improvement, implementing strategies to increase sales and improve operational efficiency.
- Prior retail management experience, with a proven track record of success in driving sales growth and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong knowledge of fashion trends and brands, with an ability to stay up-to-date with the latest styles and must-haves.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work well under pressure, remaining calm and composed in challenging situations.
