Quality Assurance Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced QA professional to lead the development and execution of comprehensive testing strategies across our Mac hardware platforms. This role will focus on both manual and automated testing methodologies, with a strong emphasis on collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive quality improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute Test Strategies: Create thorough test plans, execute tests, and provide detailed feedback on test execution and bug reports.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with engineering, product, and other teams to ensure effective communication, clear reporting, and seamless integration of QA efforts into product development.
  • Test Execution and Quality Improvement: Execute assigned test cases, identify and report defects with detailed reproduction steps, and contribute to ongoing quality improvement initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Mac Expertise: Strong familiarity with Apple Mac hardware and software, including proficiency in macOS operating systems.
  • QA Methodologies: Solid understanding of test planning, execution, defect tracking, and project management principles.
  • Manual & Automated Testing: Experience with both approaches, including expertise in scripting for automation and data analysis using Python.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate test results, collaborate effectively with teams, and facilitate open dialogue to drive quality improvements.
