Job Title: Data Systems Engineer

The DS2 Project is a significant undertaking aimed at increasing site capacity by double.

A Cell Culture facility with 6x bioreactors and associated equipment will be designed, constructed, and fitted out to meet the forecasted demand of licensed and pipeline products.

As a Commissioning and Qualification Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the execution of commissioning and qualification of process equipment and utilities within the project scope.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing shakedown and commissioning of systems.
  • Participating in construction system completion walkdowns.
  • Generating CQV documents and liaising with Quality, Engineering, and CQV teams.
  • Tracking and confirming closure of action items from walkdowns, FAT, HAZOP, and other reviews.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering discipline, particularly mechanical or process engineering.
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in biotechnology or pharmaceutical GMP manufacturing/CQV environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and respond proactively to business needs.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Delta-V & Navis Works is an advantage.
