Job Summary:
We are seeking an accomplished Senior Engineer to join our team.
This role will involve reviewing and finalizing design drawings, ensuring high-quality standards in project delivery, coordinating subcontractors to meet deadlines, conducting quality checks, managing documentation and drawings, and overseeing procurement and supply chain management.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as a Senior Engineer on medium to large development projects, strong communication and organisational skills, and experience working with contractors and housing projects in the UK or Ireland.
About the Role
- Design Review and Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review and finalize design drawings.
- Project Delivery: Ensure timelines are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Subcontractor Management: Coordinate subcontractors to hit deadlines and guarantee compliance with regulations and company standards.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks to ensure all projects meet expectations.
- Documentation and Drawing Management: Complete documentation and manage drawings for seamless project execution.
- Procurement and Supply Chain Management: Order materials as required, working closely with suppliers.
Your Background
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Senior Engineer on medium to large development projects.
- Strong communication and organisational skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders.
- Experience working with contractors and housing projects in the UK or Ireland.
