As a Regulatory Reporting Specialist, you will be responsible for the planning and execution of daily and periodic regulatory reporting, working closely with the senior partners on the team.

You will also engage with internal departments to evaluate and implement changes in proposed new regulations and ensure that all current requirements are met.

In addition, you will work with Regulators, Relationship Management and Northern Trust clients on any queries on our existing reporting solutions or on adhoc information requests.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective regulatory reporting strategies to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze and interpret large amounts of data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to provide timely and accurate information.
  • Contribute to the development of a strategic and scalable operating model for service offerings.

Requirements:

  • Experience in financial services/asset management/fund administration is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to challenge current processes and develop recommendations for alternate solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong consultative relationships with external clients.
  • Self-motivated and innovative, with a commitment to producing professional and high-quality work in required timelines.
