Job Opportunity: Power Platform Developer

This exciting role requires an experienced professional to fill a temporary position as a Power Platform/SharePoint Developer within our development team. In this temporary assignment, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint Online.

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled developer to provide maternity cover and support our development team with their workload. As a Power Platform/SharePoint Developer, you will design, develop, and deploy custom applications using Power Apps (Canvas) to meet business requirements.

  • Create custom applications using Power Apps to meet business needs.
  • Automate workflows and business processes using Power Automate (Flows), including approvals, notifications, and data orchestration.
  • Build and customize SharePoint Online sites, including lists, libraries, forms, web parts, and integrate them with Power Platform solutions.
  • Integrate Power Platform solutions with external systems and services using APIs, and custom connectors.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing Power Platform and SharePoint solutions, including troubleshooting and enhancements.
  • Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and follow best practices, including governance, version control, and performance optimization.

Your Qualifications:
  • You have at least 5 years of hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint Online.
  • You possess demonstrable skills in SharePoint development, including customization, workflows, and integration within SharePoint Online.
  • You have experience with Power Platform integration, using tools and languages such as Power Query (M), Power Fx, Dataverse, and custom connectors.
  • You are proficient in API integrations, service connectors, and third-party system interfacing as part of solution development.
  • You have strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
