About This Role:

Customer Service Advisor

This is a temporary contract position at our organisation. We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated customer service representative to join our team.

  • You will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls in an efficient and timely manner.
  • You will answer customer inquiries over the phone, providing support and resolving issues promptly.
  • Ensure that all customer records are up to date in accordance with relevant regulations.
  • Drive sales to achieve targets, identifying new opportunities to meet customer needs.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication (spoken & written English) and interpersonal skills.
  • A willingness to learn and grow with our organisation.
  • Must be eligible to work in Ireland and pass background checks.

We offer full-time training for three weeks, Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5:30pm.
