General Operative Opportunity in Edenderry We are seeking a skilled and motivated General Operative to join our team in Edenderry. As a key member of our production line, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our factory. The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, be able to work effectively as part of a team and possess excellent communication skills. They will also have the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. Key Responsibilities:- Work across different production lines, including slaughter, packing and trimming- Follow safety procedures and maintain high-quality standards- Work collaboratively as part of a fast-paced team Requirements:- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment would be an advantage- Ability to work at height and in confined spaces- Strong manual handling skills Benefits:- Competitive pay with opportunities for progression- Overtime available at 1.5x hourly rate (Monday to Friday)- Long-term opportunities with a pathway to permanent contracts About the Role:This is a temporary role with the opportunity to move into a permanent position after 3 months.
