Hotel Night Ambassador Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and charismatic Hotel Night Ambassador to join our team. As the face of our hotel, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and provide exceptional customer service to ensure every guest feels welcome and at home.

Responsibilities:
  • Making a warm and welcoming impression on all guests as they arrive
  • Providing assistance to guests at the self-check-in kiosks
  • Cleaning, preparing and serving hot and cold breakfast and meals
  • Brewing coffee and mixing signature cocktails
  • Serving as a secret concierge to the city, answering guests' questions about the best places to visit, eat, shop or party
  • Maintaining the living room and cleaning canteen areas, and arranging food displays for the following shift
  • Helping guests with requests or demands regarding facilities
  • Handling reservations in our property management system (PMS), including the nightly audit
  • Responsible for operations during night shifts
  • Taking care of guests, including in emergency situations
