Project Oversight Specialist

A large-scale construction project is currently underway in County Wexford, requiring an experienced Project Oversight Specialist.

This permanent position involves overseeing on-site construction teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects, including:

  • Ensuring compliance with all Health and Safety regulations.
  • Managing onsite supply chain logistics for timely delivery of project materials.
  • Monitoring progress on site to guarantee timely completion of projects.
  • Representing the company at all project meetings and stakeholder engagements.

The ideal candidate will possess a Degree or Higher Diploma qualification in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or equivalent, with at least 10 years of experience working on large-scale building projects.

Previous experience delivering complex projects within tight timeframes and confined urban environments is essential. The candidate should also have excellent knowledge of current building regulations and certification standards.

Additional requirements include strong commercial acumen, effective negotiation skills, and proficiency in communication, attention to detail, teamwork, self-motivation, and goal-oriented performance.
