This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to actuarial functions, including pricing, risk management and capital modeling as a skilled professional in the insurance and reinsurance sector.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and validate internal models according to regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Support the development of pricing models, portfolio management and reinsurance transactions with a focus on Property & Casualty.
- Regularly review assumptions, data and methodologies to ensure alignment with risk profiles.
- Monitor and analyze the Solvency Capital Requirement (SCR) and its components for ongoing model effectiveness.
- Provide guidance and support to junior professionals, enhancing their skills and knowledge.
- At least 2-5 years' experience working in general insurance, reinsurance or capital management.
- Currently working towards or have achieved relevant certification (e.g., CIP, ASA).
- Strong skills in Excel, VBA, Python or similar tools. Knowledge of Solvency II and capital modeling is advantageous.
- Able to present complex technical information to senior management and stakeholders effectively.
