Senior Nutritionist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Healthcare Chef to join our team in Dublin 6. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality meals that support patient care and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present nutritious meals in line with dietary and nutritional guidelines.
• Lead or support daily kitchen operations to maintain efficiency, quality, and consistency.
• Follow all HACCP, food safety, hygiene, and cook-chill protocols.
• Oversee stock rotation, food storage, and waste minimisation.
• Monitor portion control, food presentation, and allergen management.
• Collaborate with dietitians and clinical teams on menu planning and patient requirements.
• Maintain a clean, compliant, and organised kitchen environment.

Requirements:

• QQI Level 6 in Culinary Arts or equivalent professional chef qualification.
• Experience in a healthcare or high-volume catering environment.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, food safety, and cook-chill processes.
• Legal right to work in Ireland and Garda Vetting clearance.
• Ability to provide 5 years of work references.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills.
• Flexible to work weekday and weekend shifts as required.

Benefits:
