Job Opportunity: Recruitment Specialist

The Recruitment Specialist will play a pivotal role in our team, accountable for sourcing and recruiting staff for Homecare placements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Match candidates to client requirements under the guidance of the Team Lead
  • Develop and nurture relations with candidates through open communication and regular updates
  • Strategize and execute community engagements and other in-person recruitment opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with the Team Lead and Stakeholders during the recruitment process
  • Ensure candidate bank details are securely obtained via our dedicated system
  • Organize distribution of candidate ID badges and uniforms
  • Conduct phone and written reference checks for potential candidates
  • Contribute actively to quality improvement initiatives through feedback and adherence to standard operating procedures
Requirements for Success:
  • Minimum 1 year's experience in a previous recruitment capacity
  • Proficient in IT systems, particularly Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail
  • Able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
