Senior Operations Director Position

Job Summary:

The Senior Operations Director will oversee and manage various internal and outsourced activities for Research and Development, New Product Introduction (NPI), Manufacturing, Maintenance, and Service. This role requires a strong leader who can ensure seamless integration with company goals and product development timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage contracts for outsourced R&D and NPI activities to guarantee alignment with company objectives and product launch schedules.
  • Oversee manufacturing and service operations to maintain consistency with company goals and product demand.
  • Directly manage the batch release process at the manufacturing site, adhering to technical standards and ensuring high product quality.
  • Manage sales processes to exclusive distributors, ensuring efficient, compliant, and timely supply of products.
  • Coordinate logistics and compliance requirements for international product distribution, including documentation handling and adherence to global export standards.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in operations management within the medical device industry.
  • Proven experience with batch release processes, sales management to distributors, and compliance of global supply processes is essential.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. An advanced degree is preferred.
