About the Role:
As a seasoned Project Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and delivering a portfolio of complex MEICA projects across the North West of Ireland.
The successful applicant will oversee the delivery of projects according to programme and quality expectations, leading the project team in producing Risk Assessments and Method Statements, H&S Site Management, and Work Package Plans.
You will also support the Project Delivery Team with information for Construction Phase Plans, take ownership and responsibility for projects, review project scope, and contribute to project finance reports and costs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, implement, and oversee the delivery of MEICA projects.
- Lead the project team in timely production of Risk Assessments and Method Statements.
- Support the Project Delivery Team with information for Construction Phase Plans.
- Take ownership and responsibility for projects.
- Review project scope and contribute to project finance reports and costs.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of Project/Contracts Management experience.
- Degree or equivalent qualification.
- Able to maintain high levels of Health & Safety and quality on-site.
- Good engineering knowledge and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work as part of a large team.
