Job Description
The Senior Director Global Commercial Development Communications will lead key executive communications on behalf of Zoetis' CMO, serving as a strategic business partner to the GCD team. This individual will have experience working in a global-matrix organization, with a strong understanding of different regulatory environments and cultural considerations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end executive communications plan for CMO for external and internal audiences.
- Foster ongoing engagement across Zoetis medical team and identify opportunities to amplify initiatives and programs aligned to strategic priorities.
- Collaborate with GCD to develop comprehensive plans to support product milestones through public relations.
- Develop audience-based plans to amplify regulatory and data milestones with an enterprise viewpoint.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in communications, journalism, English or related field.
- 10-12 years of experience and demonstrated skills in developing, managing and delivering internal and external communication strategies and plans in a large, complex organization.
