**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team in Northern Ireland. As a key member of our construction project management team, you will be responsible for managing costs, contracts, and budgets across various projects.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Preparing cost estimates, tenders, and procurement strategies
  • Managing contracts and ensuring financial efficiency
  • Handling valuations, variations, and final accounts
  • Working closely with project teams to ensure cost control and value engineering

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: Previous experience in a QS role within construction
  • Qualifications: Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
  • Skills: Strong commercial awareness, negotiation skills, and attention to detail
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in cost management software & Microsoft Office
