Principal Civil Designer

One of Ireland's leading companies in the rail transport sector are seeking a Structural Engineer with expertise in building projects related to the rail network. This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable Irish company expanding across their network, based in Dublin.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate will work closely with senior engineers on civil and structural design projects for buildings associated with the rail network. Using Revit and BIM skills, you will collaborate with a large multi-discipline team on engineering projects. You will have experience in project management and client-facing interactions.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Civil and Structural Design
- Detailed design across commercial and industrial projects
- Experience in steel, timber, concrete, and masonry
- Working closely with project engineering teams
- Site visits for monitoring installation
- Compiling project reports and delivering to senior management
- A strong working knowledge of design software such as LUAS, Tekla TEEDS, SLOPE, WALLAP, or other similar tools
- Providing technical support and assistance to clients
