  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Handle customer interactions, including inquiries and bookings, in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain the spa facility to ensure it remains safe, well-maintained, and hygienic at all times.

The successful candidate will have prior experience working in a hotel spa, preferably in a five-star establishment. They will also hold an ITEC, CIBTAC, CIDESCO qualification or equivalent credential in body and beauty therapy and massage.
