We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as a Social Care Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social care and be passionate about delivering exceptional person-centered care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering high-quality person-centered care to residents with intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, and acquired brain injury.
- Working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of resident progress and participation in activities.
Requirements:
- Qualification at level 7 on the National Framework of Qualifications in Social Care, Social Work, Youth Work, Teaching, Nursing, Childcare with disability modules.
- Experience working in a residential, respite, or day service setting with people with intellectual disabilities.
- CORU Registered as a Social Care Worker or in the process of registration.
