Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Life, Pensions & Investments Administrator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day administration of life assurance and pension policies.

The Role:

• Handle day-to-day administration of life assurance and pension policies
• Prepare detailed investment portfolio valuations
• Manage and maintain accurate pension scheme documentation
• Support internal compliance with regulatory requirements
• Provide pre- and post-sales support to financial advisers
• Liaise with life companies to ensure smooth and timely business processing
• Deliver prompt and professional responses to client and provider queries
• Keep internal systems and databases up to date and audit-ready

Requirements:

• Fully qualified QFA (Qualified Financial Adviser)
• 3+ years of experience in a brokerage, life company, or bank
• Solid understanding of the full suite of life, pension, and investment products
• Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks without compromising on quality or deadlines
• Team player who brings a professional, client-first approach to every interaction
