About the Role
This is a key position within our organization, requiring a skilled professional with expertise in health and safety management. As a Health and Safety Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and industry best practices.
Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with site teams to develop and implement effective health and safety strategies.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor health and safety practices and provide guidance where necessary.
- Develop and maintain risk assessments and method statements to mitigate potential hazards.
- Communicate safety alerts and ensure timely completion of statutory forms and inspections.
Requirements:
- 3+ years' experience in a similar EHS role (Construction/M&E).
- A relevant health and safety qualification.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
