Excel Recruitment is currently seeking a Catering Assistant for temporary jobs across multiple client sites in Tralee, Co.Kerry and surrounding areas. This opportunity allows you to gain experience, learn new skills, and work in a variety of professional kitchens.

Job Description:

Support the kitchen team by keeping everything clean, organized, and running smoothly. Responsibilities include:

  • Washing pots, pans, cutlery, and kitchen equipment according to hygiene standards.

  • Sanitizing surfaces, floors, and walls as per required standards.

  • Assisting with basic food preparation when needed.

  • Restocking and replenishing food stations as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Manual Handling Certificate (training can be provided).

  • HACCP/Food Safety Training (can be provided).

  • Previous kitchen experience is an advantage but not essential.

  • Ability to adapt to new environments and work as part of a team.
